Refund and Returns

If an exchange or refund is required then the items should be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of your purchase.

Products must be in usable and resellable condition.

Products damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse or negligence are not eligible.

Cost of postage and handling is not subject to Refund and would not be covered.

An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from Kate Fashion Customer Service is required to return your product.

Parcels must be sent back using Registered Post.

Refunds are issued within 7 working days of us receiving the goods with notification confirmed via the post.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or dampened with.

Underwear, Lingerie and bikinis are not subject to refund or exchange.
